Have you made yours yet? If you make New Year’s Resolutions, you are not alone; you are among 49% of Americans who do. The beginning of the New Year is when most people reflect on the past year, take stock of their life, business, etc., and make resolutions on what they want to tackle, change, or achieve in the coming year. Our infographic shows data on the top 10 goals most people set for the New Year.
According to Statistics Brain, 75% of New Year’s Resolutions are kept for at least one week or past the first week, 71% past two weeks, 64% past at least a month, and 46% past six months. Forty-six percent? Not too bad, the cup is half full here. So, if you are making your resolutions this year and looking for ways to make them stick here are some general recommendations or tips to help you keep your New Year’s Resolutions and keep track of your goals for the coming year. Obviously, everyone’s goal is different and no number of helpful tips will apply to everyone the same.

Get inspired. Connect with like-minded people. Plug into networks that share similar or the same goals.
Drown out doubt and negativity.
Keep records and celebrate small victories.
Reexamine your resolutions. Make adjustments where necessary.
Don't beat yourself up if you don't meet every goal and NEVER GIVE UP, you can always go back to it.
